“ To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place...I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them. ” - Elliott Erwitt
Jessica's interest in photography came to life when her father gave her his very first analog camera from the 1970s when she was just a teenager. This gift opened up a whole new world for her and the darkroom quickly became her favorite place - she loved watching her world develop right before her eyes.
Since that day, Jessica never looked back. She went on to receive a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design. She now resides in San Francisco with her husband, two cats, and their three-legged dog. When she's not behind the lens, Jessica loves going on walks around the neighborhood with her little family to find new ice cream spots.
